Metajive is looking for a talented Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff will work hand-in-hand with both the Managing Partner & Founder. Responsible for providing strategic operations support by building, directing and managing the implementation of programs to ensure objectives and standards are surpassed.
As a key collaborator with the entire leadership team you will be responsible for driving performance, improvement and collaboration across all portions of the agency teams that support a best-in-class organization. You will be translating business priorities and complexities into actionable outcomes, leading new and existing initiatives. This role will have a high degree of both collaboration and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to guide strategy, team culture, new employee onboarding, and assuring that our planning is stellar.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the Managing Partner & Founder to drive program completion and overall success as defined by the business case.
- Advise Founder of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations, and be a catalyst for action by identifying necessary changes and driving next steps until issue is resolved.
- You will build and manage the organization's rhythm of business, and be responsible for communications, strategy, and execution.
- Create programs to monitor and improve the organization's health and productivity.
- Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees.
- Find innovative approaches and solutions to problems.
- Simplify and communicate complex problems through clear communication, useful tools and precise metrics that the field can execute.
- Take action on or drive changes in behavior.
- Facilitate productive strategic discussions, leadership meetings and planning sessions to ensure the purpose and objectives are met.
- Supports initiatives and creates an inclusive environment
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA or similar advance degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with and passion for the digital product and marketing industry
- Proven ability to respectfully influence, motivate, negotiate, collaborate, and partner with multiple stakeholders across all levels of authority and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, execute and multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to shape and clearly communicate a strong point-of-view or recommendation
- Self-starting mindset with a strong drive for results (GSD is an acronym you are well familiar with).
