Are you a UX professional operating at the top of your game?
You build inspired User Experience teams and empower them to push past the boundaries to create something impactful. You apply your passion for wisdom, market intelligence, and product development to mentor talented members of your team. You build strong relationships with Designers, Producers, the Executive Creative Director, and the client.
Must haves:

- 7+ years leading UX Designers in a highly collaborative environment
- Expert skill level in the standard tools of the UX trade.
- The ability to combine the analytical and the intuitive to translate business needs and requirements into engaging customer-focused experiences.
- A strong UX & Design portfolio that demonstrates past design projects
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
