Simply put, we are in the business of making businesses work.

There is a massive shift in design businesses happening now. The old, one-dimensional offering is no longer cutting it.
At Metajive, we know it’s no longer about just making pretty pictures- it’s about changing businesses for our clients and speaking to their customers. We understand that we cannot hold onto the old model; we must evolve with the industry, creating quantitative value for our clients.
Our focus transcends the relationship between an artist and a client because, well, we’re not artists. We are partners, and we will fight to make the most sensible product everytime. We like to collectively think of ourselves here as a really good personal trainer – we have no problem taking a client out of their comfort zone in the process of getting great results.
Metajive understands that a successful client relationship must be symbiotic. The business genius Kanye West says it great: “After every business transaction we should say Thank You and You’re Welcome”.
SIMPLY PUT, WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING BUSINESSES WORK.
We are problem solvers….
When starting any project at Metajive, our first priority is to align our goals with our client; we have to know what we’re working toward and get everybody on board before moving further. While achieving a goal may sometimes seem like climbing Everest, we feel it is more like addressing tooth pain - we first identify the problem, and then figure out how to fix it through strategic design. You can’t solve a problem that doesn’t exist. We will walk away from these jobs.
Design can add tremendous value to businesses if leveraged properly, and we know how fine the line can be between being an asset and a liability. When establishing a goal for a client, we make sure we're ARMD- that is to say our goal is Actionable, Realistic, Measurable, and Dated. Then we agree on a desired outcome and determine step by step how to get there. We believe this part of the process is absolutely crucial. Clients need to be included in every step of the plan, as they have insight to goals and pitfalls. It takes time to get on the same page, but it takes being on the same page to be successful.
KPI is a term that doesn’t get the attention it needs in our industry. Every large company has Key Performance Indicators and every small company should. It’s how we know what is important and what is not, and understanding this allows us to shape a project to be as effective of possible for our clients.
